Aerosol inhalation therapy can be used to treat or alleviate the symptoms of numerous respiratory diseases in both adults and children. The solution in the inhalation mixtures needs to be broken down into small droplets or an aerosol using inhalation aerosol therapy devices (inhalers). The mass of the aerosol droplets is so small that the respiratory airflow moves them to all parts of the airways. Since the droplets are in a liquid rather than a gaseous state, it means they contain various dissolved substances, such as salt, medications, or active ingredients from bee products (honey, propolis). In this way, the active ingredients dissolved in the microscopically small droplets travel to the upper and lower respiratory tracts, where they exert their therapeutic effects.

At Dr. Gosar, we have developed inhalation mixtures based on honey, propolis, and medicinal plants for the treatment of various respiratory diseases.
