Intended use
Cold-concentrated beetroot juice is intended for mixing into products where it is not desirable to alter their physical properties and water content. Therefore, it is particularly suitable as an additive to honey.
Ingredients:
500 g of the product is made from approx. 15 kg of organic beetroot (Beta vulgaris L.) juice. Dry matter content is 60% ±5%.
Preparation of honey with beetroot:
Shake the bottle and mix its contents into the honey. We recommend making a 10% concentration (500 g in 5 kg of honey). Fill the mixture into 250 g jars.
